It takes a lot of hard rowing and determination to move upstream. But the businesses and individuals that push through do extraordinary things. Our calling is to remove all the debris we can from their path.

Aaron Hofrichter, CPA® – Managing Director
Dentists, lawyers, and accountants are all used to people dreading their next meeting with them. We don’t know what Aaron’s secret is, but his clients always leave their meetings with a little glow about them. We’re pretty sure numbers alone don’t do that.
When he’s not solving problems and saving clients from future headaches, Aaron likes to hit the Niagara Gorge for some hiking with the fam. He’s always suspected he has the reflexes and steady hands to handle a high speed car chase, but is waiting for the right time to test that theory.
Vaniza Floyd – Firm Administrator
If you crash-land on a desert island, you want to be marooned with Vaniza. She’s got survival skills, sure (after all, she spent a number of years braving the Great White North of Alaska), but what you really want is her talent to help you thrive. All those other stranded folks are just trying to muck by, but Vaniza is over here maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste. That’s why she’s our firm administrator. She also has a special knack for whipping up delicious food from whatever ingredients happen to be around.
When she’s not helping her clients thrive, Vaniza is piling her husband, two daughters, and some kayaks in the family jeep, kicking off the doors, and enjoying some outdoors time with her favorite people. As soon as her kids are old enough, she’ll take them vacationing somewhere beautiful and very far away–she hasn’t decided where just yet.
